Every product's CE protection rating — Level 1, Level 2, or none — is stated plainly on its product page. We don't claim a rating a product doesn't have.
Manufacturing defects
We stand behind the gear we sell. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll confirm the warranty period that applies to your item and the next steps.
What isn't covered
Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It doesn't cover damage from accidents, crashes, normal wear, or improper care. If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, get in touch and we'll take a look.
